Who we are & why we started this journey

We are mothers raising children, provide for our families, and nurture relationships under the heavy shadow of grief and existential fear.

Our home is not the concrete walls we live within, but the place where we feel connected. At this moment, that connection is found almost exclusively in nature: immersing ourselves in cool spring water, walking barefoot on soft grass, and watching the wind play with the leaves.

We embarked on this journey to foster a dialogue of healing and rewilding in Israel, and to ignite a movement of leaders that will spread this healing around the world, in the name of Israel. We are community leaders committed to creating radically honest conversations about  challenges and wild healing. ( This war pushed us to unite forces to create a dialogue of rewilding for the healing of our people. Given that we do not find the answers to our challenges in politics or technology, we feel we have no choice but to return to our roots, to the collective yearning we all share for healing and our shared longing for the natural environment

We see HealinGrounds as the new community centers, the new shopping malls – places where people will choose to go not only for leisure but for intentional and spontaneous time with the wild.

On the journey home to the HealinGrounds, we will find answers to new social structures that will enable the healing of our people and strengthen us in fulfilling our role in the world as Israelis.
